With the purpose of providing more efficient and easy local services, EMAC keeps working on building a global network. Although it’s not that easy to find a suitable local partner, EMAC is also building our own local sales and after-sales representatives.
Our local sales representatives can provide local language communications with all sales issues, from Singapore to Turkey, from Spain to Italy, from the United Kingdom to France. EMAC keeps working on finding suitable sales representatives in all regions.
We clearly know that after-sales ability is a lot more important than the sales network, from Thailand to Singapore, from Saudi Arabia to Turkey. By working together with our business partners, EMAC is working hard to build up our own after-sales network, which is able to remove customers’ worries about after-sales services.

Richard was a founding member of EMAC when he lived and worked in China for several years. Now based in the UK, Richard started his career as an apprentice trained diesel mechanic and later trained in automotive management. He has worked in sales and marketing of commercial vehicles, power generation, mobility equipment, HVAC and refrigeration. Richard lives on the Isle of Man where he pursues his passions for motorcycles and the outdoors.
